"Got somd of the Reign Outdoors items for my service dog and could not be happier! durability is 10/10, looks and design 10/10, and customer service 10/10 One point deducted simply because the stoppers are VERRRYYY difficult to move. Obviously always room for improvement but if the stoppers just wasn't so difficult to move it would be 5/5 stars. The rest of the items are 5/5!!"
